Description

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting with daily office needs, and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

The role is responsible to assist and support the team by providing key administrative support, managing and co-ordinating the day-to-day tasks, and contribute to the wider team priorities

Geographic scope: Mirpur AJK office based - time 1pm to 10 pm

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field – 1-2 years’ experience in HR, Admin support, business coordinator, etc.
  • Good team and Interpersonal skills
  • Proactiveness, ownership and drive
  • Fully versed in different administrative and support system
  • Fluent in English and computer applications
  • High skills in team-work, make things happen, strategic thinking and data analysis
  • Manage the complete administration of any assigned projects
  • Independently handle administrative work and subsequent problems issues when required
  • Updating production paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
  • Performing general office clerk duties.
  • Organising postage labels and customs documents (training provided)
  • Coordinating with sales and marketing dept. as necessary.
  • Maintaining website inventory as required
  • Arrange telephone quotes and conduct telephone sales and post sales customer services
  • Arrange meetings, workshops and conference and business functions as required.
  • Communicate any cross-functional meeting arrangements with the relevant functions and plan for all the set up that is required.
  • Partake in projects as required

Candidate:

Timings: 1:00 pm - 10:00 pm (5days Monday to Friday)

Essential Qualification & Experience:

  • University Graduate with at least 2years of experience in a similar role
  • Minimum 1yrs experience of Paid Employment for International Business
  • Excellent English – Spoken & Written - Minimum Level B2
  • Starting salary 35k/month

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
